Policies

Reservation / Cancellation Policy: 

A credit card must be provided at the time of reservation. Any guest that doesn't show for their appointment or cancels within less than 24 hours will automatically be charged 50% of the total service.

Late Policy: 

Any guest more than 15 minutes late will automatically forfeit their appointment and will need to reschedule. The card you put on file at time of reservation will be charged 100% of the total service. Rescheduled reservations depend on availability, and there is no guarantee of how soon this may be.

 

The Hive Policy:

Additional guests are NOT permitted in the Hive. This includes children, spouses, friends, etc. Food, snacks, and/or candy are NOT permitted in the Hive.

COVID-19 Policy: While the Hive no longer requires masks to enter, we encourage everyone to wear masks at their own discretion. Please be kind to each individual's decision.
